New EC site next to Punggol Reservoir
New EC site along Anchorvale Lane is released for tender under GLS ( Government Land Sales). This new Executive Condo is situated next to Punggol Reservoir. It is surrounded by nearby amenities such as Tongkang LRT station, Rivervale Mall and Rivervale Plaza. Schools such as Nan Chiau Primary School, Springdale Primary School, Nan Chiau High School, and Pei Hwa Secondary School are also within close proximity.
Currently in the Singapore Property Market, there are more than 3000 EC units, however, government is limiting the supply of EC. It is believed that when this Anchorvale EC is released in late 2017 or early 2018, the supply of EC in the market would have reduced significantly.
