After the successful closure of previous sales, now Housing Board at Singapore launched another lot of 4571 new Built-to-Order flats. They are open for sale by the end of this year, and this launch is considered to be the biggest BTO exercise for November 12th, Tuesday.

At the same time, 3599 flats are to be sold as per the Sale of Balance Flats scheme. This offer is open for both non-mature and mature estates, including Clementi and Bishan.

Most of these BTO flats at present are available for sale in the latest exercise of Forest Town, Tengah. It covers almost three housing projects in the area along with the two mature estates Tampines and Ang Mo Kio.

Prices for these flats start from $110,000 for the two-room Flexi flats; however, this amount excludes the grants. On the other side, the estimated price for three-generation flats is expected to be $442,000. Note that this is third batch of flats open for sale at Tengah.
