60% of released units sold
Two new condo launches – Principal Garden and Thomson Impressions were rolled out last weekend on Saturday (31st Oct 2015). Both Principal Garden and Thomson Impressions had a good take-up sales, out of the 200 and 150 units that were released respectively, about 60% of the units were sold on the first weekend.
Principal Garden is a joint venture by UOL and Kheng Leong. This project consists a total of 663 units and is located at Prince Charles Crescent. It is selling at an average of $1,600 per square foot (psf). The prices start from S$770,000 for a one-bedroom unit to approximately $2.45 millions for a 4-bedroom apartment with private lift.
Thomson Impressions by Nanshan Group which is located at Lorong Puntong ( within the serene and exclusive Thomson estate) is just few minutes away walk away from future MRT station and top school, Ai Tong School. Thomson Impressions is selling at an average psf of $1390. Its one bedroom apartment starts from about $672 ooo.
