Parktown Residence – First Integrated Development in Tampines

The 12 residential blocks and landscaped areas of Parktown Residence are thoughtfully designed with varying building heights. Ranging from 7 to 13 storeys. This tiered elevation creates a layered effect, reminiscent of interwoven hills, rocks, and valleys. Complementing this natural theme, the water features within the development are designed to evoke the feel of serene lakes and flowing streams.

The residential facilities deck (e-Deck) is located on the 2nd storey, while car parking is provided across two basement levels. Visitors can access the facilities deck by taking the lift to Level 2 after access permission via the call panel at Basement 1 or Level 1.

Basement 1 parking is primarily designated for residents, while retail parking is located in Basement 2 and partially in Basement 1. All basement levels are easily accessible via lifts.
