The Location

Despite Parkwood Residences being in a relatively verdant, quiet location, on the outskirts of a landed enclave, there are plenty of options close by when it comes to dining choices, transport links, shopping and education facilities. NEX, Hougang Mall, Hougang 1, Heartland Mall and My Village are all a walk, short drive, or one MRT stop away. International schools such as Lycée Francais de Sinapur, DPS International School abd Hillside World Academy are all within 2 km away.

Sengkang General Hospital is less than ten minutes away by car, as well as being easily accessible by bus.

 

Transport Links

Yio Chu Kang Road is served by 12 different bus routes, with a stop just yards from the development. The nearest MRT stations to Parkwood Residences are Serangoon and Hougang. Both are easily accessible by bus, and both have a bus interchange on site. Hougang is on the North East Line, while Serangoon is on the North East and Circle Lines.

The KPE, PIE, TPE, CTE and ECP are all readily accessible from the development meaning it is under twenty minutes by car to the CBD, and a quarter of an hour to the Orchard Road shopping belt.

The Former Toho Green was purchased by Oxley Holdings through Collective Sales. This development was teared down to make way for Parkwood Residences.
