High Park Residences
High Park Residences is a big residential development that consists of 1390 residential units, and boasts a total of 118 facilities along with 2 years complimentary lifestyle classes made available for residents. To date, already more than 90% of the units are sold.
North Park Residences
Being one of the few integrated developments in Singapore, North Park Residences was 70% sold during its preview. Being connected internally to a shopping mall which comprises of 500 retails shops, the MRT station and bus interchange, this beautiful development offers a lifetime of convenience for its residents.
The Poiz Residences
The Poiz Residences by MCC land is a mixed development, it is within a short walking distance to Potong Pasir MRT station and is near the Bidadari estate. It’s average psf is going at about $1380.
Despite slow growth in the current housing market, healthy sales are seen at the new launches below.
Sol Acres EC
Sol Acres is the biggest executive condo development in Singapore, and is also the first EC that offers one bedroom suites. The smaller apartments were moving slightly slower as compared to the bigger units. One explanation could be because majority of the EC buyers are homebuyers that will more likely opt for a bigger living space, however this has not stopped Sol acres from being the best selling EC in 2015.
Botanique at at Bartley
Botanique is a awarding winning residential development by renowned developers, UOL & Kheng Leong. Other than having exquisite designs and efficient layouts, its city-fringe location and proximity to good schools etc are also the key selling points of this Singapore Condo. About 70% of the apartments in Botanique are sold at a quantum of less than $1 million.
The Brownstone EC
The Brownstone by CDL was first few ECs that were released in 2015. It is situated near the future Canberra MRT station (North South Line) which will ready in 2019. The Brownstone EC comprises of 638 units ranging from 2 bedders to 5 bedders.
