A new launch condominium in Bidadari called Park Colonial will be open for the people for a preview from this weekend. The sales will be starting from 14th of July. The building is developed by three estate developers, CEL Development, Heeton Holdings and KSH Holdings. The estate occupies the area of 19,547 sq. meters whereas it will consist of six towers with 805 residential units.
The towers will consist of one to five bedroom units that will available on the price of $1,700 per sq ft, one bed unit will start from the price of $780,000 while two-bed units will be priced above $900,000. This residential project which is inspired by the British Colonial design will be opened for the people to be purchased by 2022. The tower will be housing more than 50 facilities. It will have a lap pool, a tall clubhouse, and al fresco dining terrace.
The best part about the location of this Singapore condominium is that has some of the best places nearby such as Nex Shopping Centre, Serangoon Bus Interchange, and Paya Lebar Central. Moreover, an under-construction park called the Bidadari Park will also be near the condominium. The partnership between CEL, Heeton, and KSH is on the ratio of 60:20:20 respectively.
It is expected to launch in the later part of this year probably, after the opening of The Woodleigh Residences and Woodleigh Mall, Singapore Press Holdings partnership project with Japanese developer Kajima Development. It will be having Singapore’s very first air-conditioned basement bus interchange.
According to the consultants, Bidadari is shaping up as the new Bishan. The executive chairman of the Chip Eng Seng Corporation and CEL’s owner is very confident and his having a very strong interest in this project when it opens up for a preview on 30th of June. He also said that a location plays a key role when it comes to real estate. He said that our location is the best as it is near expressways, amenities, and the Bidadari town. They are expecting that they will a lot of people who will be opting for this place for living.
It is expected to be the next Bishan because of its fine location. Bidadari estate is a part Toa Payoh Town which is surrounded by Sennett Estate, Upper Serangoon Road, Bartley Road and Mount Vernon Road. There are around 11,000 residential homes in it. The first batch which was for marketing purposes was shown in the year 2015 and it has been a top demand of people since then. There are three new roads nearby that were opened for the service, Bidadari Park Drive, Alkaff Cresent and Woodleigh Link.
