The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and Housing Development Board (HDB) has recently released 3 plots of 99-year leasehold land for Government Land Sale.
Below are some brief information of the residential plots released.
The 3 plots of lands are
- Land Parcel along Dairy Farm Road
- Land Parcel at Sims Drive
- Land Parcel along Tampines Avenue 10

This residential plot that is along Dairy Farm Road is the only site that is located in the West region of Singapore. It is zoned for residential development with commercial components in its first storey. Its land size is approximately 19,600 square metres and can accommodate up to about 500 residential units.
This city fringe residential plot which is located along Sims Drive, is about 10 minutes walk to Aljunied MRT station. It has a site area of approximately 16,200 square metres and will accommodate up to about 680 condominium units.
This development is also sitting next to newly TOP condo, Sims Urban Oasis.
This land parcel is a reserved site along Tampines Avenue 10 and will be used for construction of an Executive Condominium. The land size itself is coming close to 25,ooo square metres and is the biggest among the 3 plots. This upcoming development will comprise of about 700 EC units.
This site is actually sitting in a private residential enclave as it is surrounded by private condominiums such as The Santorini, The Alps Residences and The Tapestry @ Tampines. The Tapestry is a new launch condo that was recently released for sales by CDL in 2018.
