Demand for Condo in the West sparks sales at The Clement Canopy
The Clement Canopy is the first new launch condo project to be introduced to the market in 2017 and due to its stunning greenery, modest pricing structure and prime location near to Singapore’s education hub, Jurong Lake District and One-north, it is already a popular venture for buyers. There has been a strong interest in the new property and the launch has been very successful with crowds of more than 5,000 people coming to view the demonstrative showflat and purchase various units over the course of two days. It has been particularly popular with owner-occupiers and investors and 195 units in Clement Canopy were sold on the first week of the property’s launch.
The Clement Canopy has been the only property launch in this area for a while and with a recent improvement in the market sentiment, property buyers were quick to take advantage of these modern units in a desirable area for a discounted price. There has been a balanced interest in all of the unit types in the residential towers and in the first weekend alone, 78 per cent of the 250 units released for sale have been sold. There has been an early bird discount incentive available on units for buyers who attended and purchased over the opening two days and due to its popularity, the preview period was extended for another weekend to allow sales to continue on the remaining apartments.

For the three bedroom units, the prices start from $1.28 million and $1.62 million for the bigger four bedroom apartments. The developers have confirmed that the average price ranges from $1,330 psf to $1,360 psf in Clement Canopy.
